Gwen & Robert Hoffman

President

Gwen Hoffman is the president of Hoffman Irrigation, she is in charge of Signing all Reports and making the financial decisions. Gwen graduated from Killdeer High and went on to UND to get a degree in nursing, she is currently a Home Health Care Nurse. She enjoys Scrapbooking, crosstitching and cake decorating.

Robert Hoffman or Bob as most people know him by, has worked in the irrigation field most of his life thus having 37 years of experience under his belt. He is in charge of Sales and Field Project Designs. Bob attended Oakes High School and went on NDSU for Mechnized Ag Engineer. In 1986 Bob purchased Heimbuch Irrigation and from there Hoffman Irrigation was started. On August 29, 2011, Bob suddenly passed away. He left behind great knowledge that will forever be remembered.

Chad & Judy Hoffman

Vice President/Owner/Service Manager

Chad Hoffman is the Vice President/Owner/Service Manager. He has been with Hoffman Irrigation for 30 years, plus the many years he "tagged" along with his dad. Chad graduated from Oakes High School in 1997 and continued on with working in the family business. Chad can fix anything and if he can't figure it out he will take the time to find out how to fix it. He takes great pride in making sure his customers are well taken care of. In his spare time (which isnt spring/summer) Chad enjoys snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, hunting and spending time with family and friends. On Nov 23, 2007 Chad married Judy (Meyer) Hoffman. After the passing of Bob, Chad took the business over full time and continues to watch the company grown each year.

Judy Hoffman

Office Manager

Judy started working for the family business in September 2006.  She is currently the office manager and helps out with parts or where ever else needed.  In her spare time she enjoys being outside doing yard work but most of all loves spending time with family and friends.  They have 2 children, Brandon, 28, who is currently living in Devils Lake ND and works full time for The NRCS, and Ashley, who was sadly taken from them in a car accident on Feb 21, 2012 at the age of 16.  At the time of her passing she was a jr at Oakes High School and missed by many.

Tom Roney

Senior Service Tech

Tom Roney is the Senior Service Tech. He has worked with Hoffman Irrigation for 33 yrs and has been in the irrigation field work for over 36 years. Toms main duties are service calls and servicing pivots so they are ready for the spring/summer season. Tom is married to Dawn and they have one son, Rob. In Toms spare time he enjoys hunting.
